Tooling Charges
For bespoke enquiries requiring custom tooling, tooling costs must be paid in full in advance before production commences.

Order Payment Terms

• For standard stocked products, payment is due on order confirmation.

• For bespoke orders:

  • Tooling costs are payable in advance.

  • A 50% deposit is required prior to manufacture upon approval of prototype or first-off tooling samples.

  • The remaining 50% balance is due before the goods leave the port, on presentation of the bill of lading.

Credit Accounts
We may offer 30-day credit accounts to leading retailers, subject to successful completion of standard financial checks and approval by our commercial insurer. All credit facilities are granted at our sole discretion.

General Conditions
Prices quoted exclude applicable taxes and duties unless otherwise stated.
Ownership of goods remains with Tag Talka Limited until full payment has been received.

10. Delivery and Shipping
