  • In-house Quality Control (QC)

  • Packing and port preparation

Each of these stages is scheduled based on your project scope and will be confirmed prior to dispatch.

2. Air Freight (Expedited Option)

For smaller or urgent orders, we offer global air freight services:

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 days

  • Time includes customs clearance and local delivery

  • Ideal for new product launches, top-up orders, or samples

Air freight is more costly but provides rapid turnaround when required.

Final Delivery & Distribution

Following customs clearance in the destination country, shipments can be delivered:

  • To centralised retail distribution centres

  • Directly to individual store locations, if preferred

This flexibility supports both national and localised retail formats.

Duties, Tariffs & Regional Variations

Import duties, VAT, and local regulations vary by country. For example:

  • USA: Ongoing changes in import tariffs may affect final costs and preferred sourcing locations.

  • UK, EU, and Canada: Trade agreements and tariff exemptions may apply in certain categories.

Our regional licensees manage local compliance and are supported by the Tag Talka global team to ensure efficient delivery at every stage.

Custom Orders & Delivery Planning

Where bespoke holders are required—including custom shapes, sizing, or alternate rubber backings for wire-style rail arms—lead times for tooling, prototype approval, and production are required prior to shipment. These will be clearly communicated at the time of order.
